# Uzo Deploy overview

> Deploy a verified token, NFT collection or tip jar to BOT Chain from your browser with Uzo Deploy.

<Info>
  **Testnet beta.** Uzo Deploy is live on BOT Chain testnet (chain 968). Mainnet is not enabled yet. Everything here is free to try with test tokens from the [faucet](https://faucet.botchain.ai/basic).
</Info>

Uzo Deploy lets you deploy a verified contract to BOT Chain from your browser in a few minutes. You pick a tested template, fill in a short form, sign one transaction from your own wallet, and the app verifies the new contract on BOTScan for you.

The app is at [deploy.uzolabs.xyz](https://deploy.uzolabs.xyz). It is built on BOT Chain by Uzo Labs.

## Who it's for

* **Developers** who want a standard token or NFT contract on testnet without setting up a toolchain.
* **Hackathon teams** who need a working contract in the first hour and will write their own code on top.
* **Creators** who want a tip link that takes USDT or BOT and sends it straight to their wallet.

## What Uzo promises

These match the footer of the app:

* **No fees.** Uzo charges nothing. You pay only the network's gas.
* **No custody.** Uzo never holds your funds. Tips go straight to the recipient in the same transaction.
* **No admin keys.** Uzo keeps no keys over what you deploy. Nobody at Uzo can pause, upgrade or change your contract.

The templates are tested, not audited. Read [Security](/deploy/security) before you deploy anything that will hold real value.

## Templates

| Template | What you get | Holds funds | Status |
| - | - | - | - |
| [Token](/deploy/templates/token) | A fixed-supply ERC-20 with permit and burn. No owner, no minting after deployment. | No | Live on testnet |
| [NFT Collection](/deploy/templates/nft) | An ERC-721 with a capped supply, owner minting, optional royalties and freezable metadata. | No | Live on testnet |
| [Tip Jar](/deploy/templates/tip-jar) | A contract and a shareable page that take tips in USDT or BOT and forward them to you. | No, every tip is forwarded at once | Live on testnet |
| [Agent Vault](/deploy/templates/agent-vault) | A vault an AI agent can spend from, within limits. | Yes | Planned |

## Uzo Deploy or the templates repo?

Both give you working contracts on BOT Chain. They suit different jobs.

| | Uzo Deploy | [Templates repo](/templates/overview) |
| - | - | - |
| Where you work | In the browser | In your editor and terminal |
| Setup | A wallet and some test tBOT | Node, Foundry and a clone of the repo |
| What you can change | The form fields only | Anything: the contracts, the frontend, the tests |
| Verification | Automatic | You run the verify command |
| Best for | A standard contract, fast | A project you will build on and customize |

If you need to change how the contract behaves, use the templates repo or your own toolchain. See [Deploy with Foundry](/guides/deploy/deploy-with-foundry).
